Ticketing FAQ

Are there refunds if guests leave due to rain?
We do not offer weather related refunds. We try to open based on predicted weather however, the weather is always changing. If you have a general admission ticket and the weather does not look favorable to a positive experience on the day of your planned visit please feel free to use it on any other day of our operating season.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! Guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks to the farm.

(No alcohol of course!)
Can I leave and come back later in the day?
Return visits during the same day are allowed if you have not purchased a timed ticketed event. If that is the case, return visits will not be allowed.
Are pets allowed?
While we all love our pets dearly, no, animals are not allowed on the farm except for service dogs. In these cases, we ask that your dog be kept on a leash, be properly identified as a service dog, be well behaved, and in no way come into contact with other guests.
How accessible are the tulips for walking or wheeled devices?
Harvest Tyme is a working farm set on unpaved ground. We do our very best to make our events as accessible as possible for all guests. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome on the property; however, guests should be aware that farm terrain includes grass, dirt, mulch, gravel, and inclines which can be uneven and potentially difficult to navigate.   The tulip field is located just under ¼ mile from the main entrance and is accessed by walking to the large field via a noticeable incline. The distance, incline, and natural terrain may be challenging for some guests, especially depending on weather conditions. Guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to plan accordingly.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes! We have portable restrooms on site for all of our events.
Do you ever close due to poor weather?
Extreme, unforeseen weather can force us to close at any time. Announcements regarding any weather closures will be posted on our website, HARVESTTYMEFUN.COM and our social media.
Is there any recommended attire?
Because we operate early summer through December, we recommend being prepared for warm to cold weather depending on the event. We also recommend wearing closed-toe shoes or sneakers. Remember, that you will be in a farm atmosphere and should dress appropriately for the best experience.
If I buy my ticket online, do I have to print it out?
Online tickets will be emailed to you, and you have three options once arriving at our ticket booth:
1. Present a printed copy of the ticket
2. Show it on your phone
3. As a last resort, just give your name at our ticket booth & we can look up your purchase.
